Rep. Todd Akin cancels on Piers Morgan - Airs :30 apology ad instead

Apparently, Congressman Todd Akin agreed to appear on Piers Morgan's show to talk about his recent comment about "legitimate rape" victims bodies being able to magically "shut down" pregnancy. And then, it seems Akin cancelled at the last minute.

So Piers decided to make a statement and speak to and about the empty chair Akin was scheduled to be in.

In desperation, Rep. Akin instead released this :30 "campaign ad" asking for forgiveness.
