Hunky Seth Tyler From "The Amazing Race"

Easily the hottest reason to watch Season 29 of CBS’s The Amazing Race is contestant Seth Tyler.

The openly gay 37 year-old is a public information officer and LGBTQ liaison for the Bellevue Police Department, outside of Seattle. Before that he was apparently a motorcycle cop for 8 years.

Grrrrrr....

Check out his official Amazing Race interview below, plus some woofy pics from his Instagram account.

Las Vegas: Meet your new "Matchelor" Chippendales' James Davis

Las Vegas radio station Mix 94.1 is holding it's second season of their on-air competition "The Matchelor."

The campaign is designed to find women to be a part of a weekly competition with eliminations happening every week (just like the Bachelor) that culminates in making a "match" with James Davis of the Chippendales and The Amazing Race.

James Davis is a huge fan favorite in the Chippendales show at the Rio All-Suites Hotel and Casino.  In the Chippendales show, in addition to showing off this hard-bodied stud, he plays live guitar during the production.

For detail on how you can apply to become James' "match" - click here.

By the way - why stop with only one calendar shot of James?

Survivor: Ethan Zohn & Jenna Morasca announce break up

People Magazine is reporting Survivor winners Ethan Zohn and Jenna Morasca have decided to end their long-time relationship:
"It is with much consideration and a heavy heart that we are announcing that after 10 years of a loving relationship, the decision was made to move on without each other," the couple said in an exclusive statement to PEOPLE Monday morning.

"We will carry with us the memories of a relationship grounded in love, laughter, support and friendship," the statement continued. "We have experienced some of life's greatest joys and toughest challenges together and our decision to be apart can never diminish that. We want to thank everyone for their support and we ask that our privacy be respected as we move forward."

Morasca, 32, and Zohn, 38, have gone through an emotional journey over the years since meeting as winners of Survivor. She won Survivor: Amazon while he won Survivor: Africa. They also competed together on The Amazing Race, and starred on their own show, Everyday Health.

Most memorably, Zohn chronicled his very moving battle with Hodgkins lymphoma here on PEOPLE.com – from diagnosis to remission to its return in 2011. He underwent a stem-cell transplant in February 2012, and through it all, Morasca was by his side as both were outspoken supporters of cancer survival and detection. Zohn even ran the New York City marathon in 2011 in support of a cure.

AMAZING RACE contestants to 12 year old - "It Gets Better"

Amazing Race winners The Beekman Boys says they've received more than 8,000 letters of congratulations from various fans. One of them happened to be from a woman who says her son Colin is gay and bullied:

“I’m sure you guys are way too busy to read this, but I want you to know how inspirational you two are to my 12 year old son. He is gay and is dealing with bullying and harassment in middle school. It’s so hard to see him going through this, and sometimes the “It Gets Better” message is lost on a 12 year old who feels that middle school will never end…We cheered you on every Sunday night and agonized every time you had difficulties. My son was so incredibly thrilled when you two won last night (as was I!). Thank you for helping him see that not only DOES it get better, it gets AMAZING.”

In response, Brent and Josh asked each of the teams on this year's show to send a message of support to Colin, and all of them did so.

The Amazing Race: Team Chippendales try synchronized swimming

LOL... I don't know why I think this is funny.

Bless these guys for giving it a good try - synchronized swimming is clearly not in their wheelhouse.

BUT it does give the TV audience a good opportunity to see the guys with less clothes on.

Go Team Chippendales!

The Amazing Race airs Sunday at 8/7c on CBS.

Chippendales on The Amazing Race?

Jaymes Vaughan & James Davis of the Chippendales and CBS' The Amazing Race

Queerty is reporting that two Chippendales may be racing around the world soon.

Apparently, Jaymes Vaughan and James Davis, who are real life best friends, may be a team on this fall's THE AMAZING RACE.  I don't know, but the cast of the next season will probably be announced in the next few weeks.

Queerty raises the issue of their sexuality being unknown.  Actually, I interviewed Jaymes Vaughan for QVegas Magazine last year for a cover story chronicling his coming out.  You can read some of that interview here.   James Davis, who I also know, is straight.

I'm a huge fan of THE AMAZING RACE - I never miss a season. I think it would be way cool for these guys to be a team. If so, I hope there's ample occasion for them to have to take their shirts off.

See James Davis' recent calendar shot below...

Jaymes Vaughan in QVegas Magazine

Very proud to have written the cover story for this month's issue of QVegas Magazine featuring The Chippendales' Jaymes Vaughan and his coming out story.

Here's an excerpt of the article:

Vaughan recently released his first single – “Vampire” - as a solo recording artist. Out of several songs he’s written, he chose this song to be his first for a few reasons. “First, deep down inside, I’m like a five year old boy and I want to play a vampire. I’ve always loved vampire movies and vampire TV shows. So I’m thinking there would be a music video and I’ll get to play a vampire. And I did. For three days I was on the set of my upcoming music video with 72 people running around being a vampire.”

“Second, the song is about being in a situation where you can’t be yourself; where you can’t live a part of your life in the daylight; being in a relationship that I can’t share with my family.“

“Living in the light” is a concept that has recently played itself out in Vaughan’s real life the past few months. He recently came out to his family, and their acceptance coupled with the experience of hosting Las Vegas Pride this year, led him to make the decision to live his life in a more open manner, both personally and professionally.

“Hosting Gay Pride in Las Vegas this year, it was the first time I ‘got it.’ I got up on stage and finally understood what “pride” was about. It’s about being proud of your self and encouraging other people to be proud of themselves. The best, most reassuring thing that happened to me at Pride this year: when I came off stage, a little 12 year old boy came up to me and said ‘I want to do what you do.’ And I was like, that was all I wanted when I was a kid. I wanted someone to look up to.”

“I’m really excited about the possibilities of inspiring someone; the possibilities of changing perceptions. I hope to be able to take advantage of a platform so that my fourteen-year-old self that was sitting in Chesterfield County, Virginia, might find some hope. The fourteen year old that had no one to look up to; whose mama told him he better not be gay; whose church told him he was going to hell; whose best friend killed himself because he didn’t “fit in.” Because he didn’t have any hope. I thought for so long you had to cover up who you were to be successful. I’ve realized you can be more successful by being yourself.”

Music video: "Vampire" - Jaymes Vaughan

Jaymes Vaughan, current lead singer and MC of the Chippendales in Las Vegas, released his first single "Vampire" and here's the music video.

Pretty impressive for a first release.

And of course, he's not bad to look at either.

:)
