Infamous ‘Kill the Gays’ pastor Steven Anderson has become the first person to be banned from the country of Ireland.

Anderson, who heads up the Faithful Word Baptist Church in Arizona, is prohibited from entering the country thanks to an exclusion order signed by Charlie Flanagan, the Minister for Justice and Equality.

The order is the first issued under Section 4 of the 1999 Immigration Act.

Anderson was scheduled to preach in Dublin on May 26.

Flanagan signed the order after more than 14,000 people signed a Change.org petition calling for Anderson to be banned for his litany of hateful statements over the years. Another petition, organized by AllOut and LGBT Ireland garnered over 25,000 signatures.

Anderson’s list of hateful statements includes:

• Celebrating the dozens of deaths resulting from the mass shooting at Pulse Nightclub in Orlando, Florida, in June 2016. The anti-LGBTQ pastor posted a video telling his congregants that the 49 people killed in the attack “deserved to die.”

• In December of 2014, he proposed exterminating LGBTQ peopleas a method to “cure AIDS.”

• Anderson shared with his congregation in 2009 that he prayed nightly for the death of then-president Barack Obama.

Several LGBTQ advocacy groups tweeted their thanks to the Irish government for banning Anderson:

Ireland isn’t the first country to bar the anti-LGBTQ preacher from crossing its borders. Anderson has also been banned from the UK, Jamaica, South Africa and Canada.

In a video posted before the news of his ban, Anderson told viewers he wasn’t going to Ireland to be “talking about homos.”

“I’m not there to talk about all the other sick, perverted, filth that you have going on there in Ireland,” he added.

Pastor Steven Anderson: "The Good News Is There's 50 Less Pedophiles In The World"

Pastor Steven Anderson

Today in "good Christian" news: virulently anti-LGBT Pastor Steven Anderson of the Faithful Word Baptist Church in Tempe, Arizona, drops these bon mots celebrating the violent shooting deaths in Orlando over the weekend.

"A Muslim terrorist went into a gay bar and shot 'em up. There's 50 sodomites, homosexuals, that have been killed; and another 50 some-odd injured," says Anderson in this YouTube video he posted yesterday.

"The good news is there's 50 less pedophiles in the world. Because, you know, these homosexuals are a bunch of disgusting perverts and pedophiles."

“[those who were killed] were going to die of AIDS and syphilis and whatever else. They were all gonna die early anyway. Because homosexuals have a 20 year shorter lifespan than normal people anyway.”

Anderson then added, “At least they’re off the streets. I’m just trying to look at the bright side.”

The "good pastor" goes on to moan that the bad news is the deadliest mass shooting in the history of the country will be used to take away folks' guns, and become an attack on preachers "telling the truth" about dirty homo perverts.

I shit you not.

UPDATE: Apparently, YouTube removed the idiot's video for violating Hate Speech regulations.

Arizona Pastor Steven Anderson Doubles Down On 'Execute The Gays To Cure AIDS' Hate Speech

Arizona Baptist pastor Steven Anderson -- who called for the mass execution of gays in a recent sermon in order to have an "AIDS-free world by Christmas" -- doubled down on his virulently anti-gay stance in this interview with Arizona television anchor Mark Curtis.

"What you have to understand is that the Bible commands that certain people be put to death. Not by me, not by Christians -- it's obviously not my job or the job of any Christian to go out and kill anybody -- and I've never taught anything like that. But rather, that the government's job is to punish criminals and to execute those who committed capital crimes. And according to the Bible, homosexuality is a capital crime. And I didn't write the Bible."

The interview was due to the reaction from Anderson's November 30th sermon where he said this:

“It was right there in the Bible all along — and they’re out spending billions of dollars in research and testing. It’s curable — right there. Because if you executed the homos like God recommends, you wouldn’t have all this AIDS running rampant,” he added. “It wouldn’t be totally AIDS-free, but we’d be like 90-some percent AIDS-free by Christmas if we follow this.”

Note: Anderson's Faithful Word Baptist Church has been certified as an anti-LGBT hate group by the Southern Poverty Law Center.
