Donald Trump spent his morning on Twitter (for a change) hyping Hurricane Harvey as "the worst storm/hurricane," and congratulating himself for "his" hurricane response.
But not once does he share info on how to get help if you are affected by Harvey. No empathy or humanity in his tweets.
