GOP presidential candidate gloating over Britain voting to leave the EU earned this response to his tweet.
If you read the news, Scotland voted to STAY in the EU by a vote of 62% - 38%. Scotland is now looking at a referendum aimed at leaving Britain so as to stay in the EU.
