Delaware Police Officer Indicted After Kicking Suspect In The Head, Breaking Jaw

This police officer, Officer Thomas Webster, makes life and work for thousands of police officers across the country just THAT much harder.

From 6ABC News:

The Delaware Attorney General's Office has indicted a Dover police office on assault charges after he was caught on camera kicking a suspect in the face.

After ordering Dickerson to the ground, Webster is seen kicking him once in the head, knocking him out and breaking his jaw.

Webster was originally put on leave pending an investigation.

After ordering Latin Dickerson to the ground, Webster is seen kicking him once in the head, knocking him out and breaking his jaw. Dickerson's hands are clearly on the ground and he poses no threat.

Webster was originally put on leave pending an investigation.

A grand jury convened in 2014. It did not indict him.

But the Delaware Attorney General's office took the case before a second grand jury. That jury indicted Webster on Monday on assault charges.
