Stephen Sondheim and James Lapine's celebrated fairy tale-themed musical INTO THE WOODS opens in movie theaters nationwide on Christmas Day, but the film's official Facebook page decided to share a special Halloween greeting for fans today.
Meryl Streep as the Witch comes crawling out of a dark, foreboding tree with the caption:
"Into the woods, where nothing's clear, where witches, ghosts and wolves appear," from the Act One finale, "Ever After".
