Wildfires and "devil winds" keep barreling across Southern California, destroying homes and spawning "firenadoes."
Fire crews hope milder
winds, lower temperatures and higher humidity Friday will help them get
an edge on the fires, which have burned across more than 17 of San
Diego County's 4,206 square miles, according to authorities.
