Appearing on Chris Hayes' "All In." Jennifer Stefano, a spokeswoman for the Koch Brother’s Americans for Prosperity, goes from zero to sixty miles an hour of non-stop interrupting, lying, distortion and diversion tactics while pretending to "talk" (yell) about Obamacare.

No wonder it's hard for these folks to be taken seriously.
