Don't let injuries bring you down! Since March last year I have ruptured my Achilles tendon, had my shoulder reconstructed and broken my wrist. Not to mention every day gym niggles. In short, this last 18 months has been hell. I was forced to retire at 22 from professional rugby and was left unemployed and in debt. But do you know what? I have loved and relished every second. I have always loved the saying "When the going gets tough, the tough get going." It speaks volumes to me because things have been TOUGH. But I have grown so much as a person....
