Poll: Slim Majority Of Americans Say AG Jeff Sessions Should Resign For Lying Under Oath

The latest Quinnipiac University poll shows:

• 52% of American voters say that U.S. Attorney General Jeff Sessions lied under oath during his confirmation hearings, and 51% say Sessions should resign

• 54% disapprove of the way President Donald Trump is handling U.S. policy towards Russia

• 66% of Americans support an "independent commission investigating potential links between some of Donald Trump's campaign advisors and the Russian government"

• 61% of Americans are "very concerned" or "somewhat concerned" about President Trump's relationship with Russia

• 62% of voters say alleged Russian interference in the 2016 election is a "very important" or "somewhat important" issue
