Rugby star, LGBT ally and Strictly Come Dancing contestant Ben Cohen decided to show his Facebook followers yesterday what kind of shape he's been getting in for the tv dance competition, writing:
"Quick warm up before the photo shoot! #HowvainamI"
Wishing Ben the best on Strictly. And by the way - please keep the "warm up" pics coming. When you've got a Porsche you don't keep it in the garage :)
