Update: Tsunami dog and owner reunited!

A little good news from Japan. So much to be done there, I know, but nice to see a moment of happiness.

The owner apparently saw the news reports of her dog being rescued and tracked down the shelter to find him.

The little guy, Ban, looks so happy and excited when he sees his owner.

Dogs rule.
