Turkey: Oiled-up muscular wrestlers in a field

So it seems that in Turkey, there is a sport where oiled up, muscular, seemingly straight guys wrestle each other with the goal being to get their arm elbow deep in the opponent's wrestling shorts...?

I'm not sure what constitutes a "win" - but I found the video fascinating.
