Chloe Lattanzi - Play With Me (Official Music Video)

Olivia Newton-John's daughter, Chloe Lattanzi's first official music video.

Chloe clearly has her own artistic vision & style, and isn't trying to "get by" on her mother's body of work.

Thoughts?

  4. It really took me a while to settle for me, but I think she's very talented. I support her artistic endeavors and think she did a great job here. I hope she releases a CD soon.

    2. this is why freedom of expression must be protected. this women is talented she was able to transpire her feelings about love into a video I could really feel where she was coming from because I have felt the pain of love and rejection. chloe is a talent in her own right and this video will be famous

  5. Thanks Robin. While it is very different from her mother, it is her artistic vision. And I think that it's realized very well.

While it's not MY particular taste, I do think she has a vision and she's going for it full force. Good for her.

  6. She showed so much talent and career promise a few years ago. She really took a turn. I hope this video isn't a depiction of what her life has really become.

  7. This is embarrassingly AWFUL, amateurish, poorly conceived and even more poorly executed garbage. Great that this girl doesn't want to hang off her mother's coat-tails, but all that valuable showbiz experience hasn't taught her a single thing about how to PRESENT an artistic vision - and she has all those resources at her disposal! The guy sitting on the toilet having a crap (hysterical) is the most 'artistic' watchable part of that clip - THAT's how bad it is. Who put the money up for this crap? Olivia must be livid!

  8. Makes me worry about her dark side.. The imagery is disturbing beyond the normal comfort level. Lots of self destructive images. If I was close to Chloe, I would be worried. I'm curious as to what her Mom thinks.

  9. Obviously talented, but not my taste in music and certainly not my taste in video. I only hope her life is not as consumed with pain as her music reflects.

  10. I really enjoyed the video - music wasn't really my thing.
Watching this was a little chilling after Amy Whitehouse's real life drama ending this weekend !

  12. Scary, disturbing and down right sad! If this is the best she can do for her first video, it deserves to be her last!

  13. It's so sad reading all these prudish and puritan comments. Come on, the video is well done, she looks great, the metaphor is valid and the music is in accordance with the subject. She's not glorifying what the video shows on the contrary. There is irony, paradox and a clear intention to break the rules. She's clearly a nice young woman showcasing her view on things. She deaerve the right to put out there her music and aesthetics. Much shocking is watching a homeless sleeping in a NY street.

  15. Very sad I'n lots of ways... Desperately asking for help I think also starting to look like Jocelyn Wildestein.

  16. Just crap, really crap, awful sound/song, not much work with the lyrics, and not a shocking video to me, just an over dramatic and badly done video, a looking for attention and reactions video. It is a cry for help, regardless how much she denies it. Feel sorry for her, very sad person in that video, her parents must try to stop her from her self destruction, if they can.......feel sorry for them too, it's like Chloe is doing all she can to be totally opposite to her mother and even embarrass her. What is it she hates about her mothers career and image so much? That's what this video makes me question. Olivia was not my taste in music, far from it, but Chloe seems to have a huge problem with her mothers career. Just what I take from this, and Chloe past problems.

  18. I though it was boring. But good on her for giving it a red hot go. I find semi naked woman dancing around men more disturbing in music videos.

  19. Well I don't care waht people think I like it and it's catchy and she is just showing that if she had of done all those things he wouldn't of cared or still not notice her. I think good on her. If people are going to say shit about it look at other clips they have bits of what she had the only thing different is that she had it all together...so what! If your gonna kick up a stink about this then kick up a stink about other clips and while your at it do movies too I'm sure you can start with SAW! If you don't like it then don't watch it....Simple

  21. I like it...its different ..more to be remembered by..had it been another boring played out love song nobody would think twice. I liked this song it had potential. Of course everybody has there own opinions... but in my opinion I like things out of the ordinary much like this song.. She has character...shes not another boring image of what american culture defines as "normal".
